This jacket represents a breakthrough in the quest for improving compressibility in a superlight weatherproof shell. The innovation revolves around the ingenious use of only two panels. Comparable jackets will use around fifteen panels, so the obvious reduction in seams and subsequent stitching and taping is clearly apparent. With seams at a bare minimum the jacket has negligible weak points and excellent compressibility. Made from waterproof/breathable HyVent DT 2.5 fabric with adjustable hood with laminated brim, short access zip at neck, arm and chest pockets, pit zips and adjustable cuffs and hem.
